Card Check Services

At NMCS, we make voluntary recognition a straightforward and trusted process. Unions present evidence of majority support, usually through signed authorization cards. To validate these cards, a neutral third party is engaged to ensure transparency and accuracy. With fewer government-provided services available, finding skilled neutrals has become a growing challenge. NMCS’s expert mediators bring extensive experience and a proven, transparent process to every card check engagement. Once majority support is confirmed, we deliver clear, complete documentation—providing the employer and union everything needed to move forward with voluntary recognition under NLRB guidelines.
